How much is domestic shipping?

Shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated based on the suborder total: 
$40 and over (free standard shipping). Additional expedited shipping rates are available at checkout. 

    Shipping fees to Canada:

    $0 to $98.99 (calculated based on weight at checkout).
    $99 and over (free international economy shipping).

      Do you ship overseas? 

      We currently ship to Canada and the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
      Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time.
      We offer free shipping to Canada on orders $99 and more. Delivery may be delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please visit USPS's International Service Alerts for more information.

        How long will it take to get my order? 

        Please allow up to 24-72 hours for us to process your order. Depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, shipping times vary from 1-5 business days. Once a shipment is released to a carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft as all packages are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during carriage, please contact us at info@aenons.com.
        There may be additional delays due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please allow some extra time for delivery. Thank you for your patience!

          Can I return my product?

          We always aim to make sure our customers love our products and if you're unhappy with your order, please email us at info@aenons.com and we'll be happy to assist you. Refund is for store credit only.

            Are the products vegan? 

            Some of our products are vegan. We use honey and / or beeswax in our In-Shower Mask and our lip care products. 

              What is the shelf life of your products?

              Every product will have a PAO (period-after-opening) symbol. Please refer to the packaging and follow its guidelines and directions for use.
