Before getting in the shower, apply an even layer to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for the duration of your shower and rinse off as your last step.

This mask and cleanser can be used daily. While the steam from the shower will improve the effectiveness of this mask, you can also use this as a regular mask.
