Shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated based on the suborder total. Orders valued at $40 and over will receive free shipping. Additional expedited shipping rates are available at checkout. 

We currently ship to Canada and the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time. We offer free shipping to Canada on orders $99 and more, otherwise shipping fees are calculated based on weight.

Please allow up to 24-72 hours for us to process your order. Depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, shipping times vary from 1-5 business days. Once a shipment is released to a carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft as all packages are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Some of our products are vegan. We use honey and / or beeswax in our In-Shower Mask, lip care, and body balm products. 

Our products are made in-house on a weekly basis to ensure freshness and quality.
