5 Things to Know About Zoë, Co-Founder of Greetabl

Posted on December 02 2021

01. Last good book you've read?

The Dorito Effect, a book about detrimental trends of artificial flavors in modern diets.

02. Favorite place to take out-of-town visitors?

Pizzeria Da Gloria, a pizza restaurant in town that a very good friend opened during the pandemic. My husband curates their wine program and the entire place feels very close to us and special. Plus it's legitimately amazing pizza.

03. Meal you're most proud of cooking?

Homemade pasta. This is a tradition my husband and I started back when we took a pasta making class when we lived in Chicago. It takes a long time, so it's turned into a really fun activity to do with friends when they come over. It always turns into a fun night with lots of wine, music, and a meal that tastes *chefs kiss* delicious.

04. Favorite no-frills self care ritual?

Every morning I take my dog on a walk around our neighborhood park. There's a bench that I consider 'our bench' that overlooks a small pond with some ducks and geese. We spend about 5-10 minutes there each morning before starting things off for the day.

05. Who/what inspired you in the last 24 hours?

My co-worker, Brittany. She is our Director of Marketing and she has recently taken on a lot of additional responsibility at the company. She has such a can-do attitude towards new challenges and sees them as exciting opportunities to grow, rather than letting the overwhelm take over.
