Who doesn't love a vacation? But sometimes between the stress of organizing, temperature changes, and airplane rides, traveling can wreak havoc on your skin, leaving it dehydrated and inflammed.
While we can't pack your suitcase or watch your dog, we can give you some helpful tips on how to take care of your skin while traveling.
1) Drink tons of water, especially if you'll be consuming alcohol.
2) Watch your diet. Avoid overly greasy, salty or sugary foods and opt for leaner cuts of meat and fresh produce.
3) Refrain from touching your skin with your fingers. Bacteria on your fingers can exacerbate breakouts.
4) Use an an alcohol-free face mist to keep your skin hydrated throughout the day.
